Who is like me fan of LaTeX, you'll love about this program:
pdfPres shows the current slide , the last and the next, and notes on. The slides are available as pdf file, the notes are held in an xml file. The trick is that a second window displays only the current slide, so that you can push this to the second desktop and it can be seen via video projector to the audience.
You can also scroll in his preview without confusing the audience through film changes. do
